All services, supermarkets, banks, etc closeby. You can walk to the city centre to the Borne area, Gothic, las Ramblas. Underground is really close (yellow line Barceloneta stop). Bus, taxi. In front of the apt you can visit Palau del Mar as well as the Catalan museum of history. Close to the Palau del Mar you arrive at Maremagnum complex (a fun area, cinemas, imax, acuarium, commercial centre, restaurants, cafes, terraces...) It's entertaining! Walking along the Avenida Juan de Borbón will take you to the beach. The beaches where recovered in 92 for the Barcelona Olympics Games, now is a favourite area for locals and tourist people. On Sundays all people frequent this area, come here to go for a walk, swim, sunbathe, relax and enjoy. A long promenade which goes as far as Olympic Village, fun area, nautic club, restaurants, discos, pubs, also an elegant casino... really recommendable.

Beautiful apartment located at the beginning of “La Barceloneta” and very close to the city centreand the beach. Advisable to be fit, as this flat is on a 4th floor, with elevator.
A testament to its perfect location, you can watch the sunset from your sofa…
This apartment is very cheerful, decorated in Mediterranean blue. The old ceilings have been redecorated, all the furniture is modern and practical and there are beautiful pictures of beaches on the walls, It’s definitely a beach apart…
•When you enter you see a glass blue designer partition, which is the centre piece of the room.
•The living room is well distributed, practical, well laid out. There are shelves, a sofa–bed. From the table you can see the port while you have a coffee, a cocktail… TV, video player, CD. Air conditioning/heating, fans.
•It has 3 rooms:
◦One with double bed, a wardrobe, a table, shelves, a balcony facing port view.
◦One with one single bed, a wardrobe, a table, shelves, a balcony facing port view.
◦One interior, with single bed, a wardrobe, a table, shelves.
◦Sofa-bed 2 singles beds (in the living room ).
•Kitchen is spacious, sunny, modern, blue marble floor, with all mod cons (fridge, microwave, vitroceramica, oven, toaster, coffee-machine, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board). You can hang out clothes out the kitchen window.
•There are 2 bathrooms. A small one with a WC and a basin, decorated in blue tiles. The other one is spacious with a WC an impressive wooden designer wash-hand basin, a bathtub (wooden-beamed ceilings).
