The apartment is well communicated with the city centre by bus, metro and very close to the GOTHIC AREA, LAS RAMBLAS and BORNE to which you may even walk, via the JOAN DE BORBON avenue, which is full of restaurants and where you can eat the best PAELLAS and enjoy the fantastic view of PORT VELL. It’s a ground floor studio for 2-3 people. Walk to the beach. Nice views. Fully equipped. When you enter suddenly you feel warm and relaxed. It’s very cosy. It’s one open space. The studio has one bedroom area (twin beds), one large wardrobe. This area is separated from the living room by a beautiful bookstand.
Living room a sofa- bed (with twin beds), table, chairs. Air conditioning/heating .TV and CD. It’s a comfortable corner.
The kitchen is spacious, modern and practical. It has fridge, microwave, cooker, oven, kettle, coffee-machine, toaster, washing & dryer machine, iron, ironing board and clothes line.
Bathroom with a shower and design wash-hand basin. Spacious and fresh.
